All payments are processed securely through Razorpay or phonepe or any upi app. Consultation bookings and report purchases are confirmed only after successful payment, and a confirmation will be sent to you via email and/or WhatsApp.
Refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Digital products such as reports, and AI-generated content are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law.
